On-Site Patient Kiosk

This module allows patients to enter information
directly into eIVF. Patients can view and modify
portion of their medical records at the Front Office.
The Patient/Cycle Management forms, including History,
Evaluation and Patient Satisfaction Questionnaire can
be made available on the Patient Kiosk and then be
imported into the patient’s Chart, where patient’s
electronic signature
is also captured.

supports a wide range of electronic
signature
solutions designed to capture and bind handwritten
signatures into electronic
documents, forms, and transactions.
eIVF
also supports “digital” signatures, including
authenticated, VeriSign-approved signatures in the
eIVF
Patient Portal screens. |
